Mapped Drain CCTV Inspection (Build-Over Agreement Survey)
This survey is aimed at customers who require the accessible drainage system to be accurately mapped out using Radio detection utility locator equipment. This survey can be used as part of the planning stages of a build or renovation. If plans are supplied to us in a suitable file format we are able to add the schematic drawing onto the existing plans.
Please note that temporary line marker paint is required to be used as part of this survey.

Architectural Drain CCTV Survey
This survey is aimed at customers who are in planning stages of a build or renovation. If plans are supplied to us in a suitable file format we are able to add the schematic drawing onto the existing plans.

- Dye testing of inconclusive connections

Odour Control Drain CCTV Survey
This survey is aimed at customers who require a report tailored towards
- CCTV camera inspection of all accessible underground drain lines.
- Drain CCTV Survey report
- Clean all manhole/inspection chamber frames and install sealing grease.
- Sealing off of one redundant connection into inspection chamber (additional connections requiring sealing incur an additional charge of £30 each.
- Supply and fit a suitable replacement cap for a missing interceptor trap cap.
- Carry our smoke test (if feasibility test passed)
- Schematic CAD drawing showing the layout of the inspected system including invert levels and cover sizes.
- Digital copies of images and video showing inspected pipework

This survey is aimed at customers who require a report tailored towards

- Supply and fit a steel rat blocker up to 150mm (6")
- Sealing off of one redundant connections into inspection chamber (additional connections requiring sealing incur an additional charge of £45.00
- Supply and fit a suitable replacement cap for a missing interceptor trap cap.
